Charity has over two decades of experience leading cross-sector initiatives in Idaho and across the Pacific Northwest. She has designed and led strategic planning efforts for statewide programs, directed large-scale engagement efforts, and translated public input into policy and implementation strategies for agencies in health, broadband, education, and housing, just to name a few. Her expertise spans systems thinking, trauma-informed engagement, and collaborative facilitation with diverse and sometimes polarized audiences. Recognized as a steady, skilled strategist and facilitator, Charity is known for distilling complexity into clarity and uniting diverse stakeholders around actionable outcomes. Her work has supported initiatives with the Idaho Office of Drug Policy, the Idaho Broadband Office, and the Boise City/Ada County Housing Authority.

Jessica REULING

Jessica is a seasoned leader with over a decade of experience spanning product, program, and project management, strategic planning, and operations. Her professional background includes leading large-scale systems implementation and transition projects at Amazon across sectors such as e-commerce, healthcare, and AI services. She excels at translating complex requirements into clear roadmaps and deliverables, bringing structure and momentum to cross-functional teams. Jessica has successfully managed multilingual stakeholder coordination, shopping CX development and user testing, process creation and documentation, and training development. She consistently builds trust with teams through transparent communication, dependable execution, and an adaptive, human-centered approach to problem-solving. Whether shaping vision or diving into execution, Jessica is a versatile partner who steps in wherever needed to help teams deliver on time and exceed expectations.

Dr. KRISTI LEE

Kristi has nearly two decades of experience as a researcher, educator, and counselor, including over 12 years as a program director at Seattle University. She is a Full Professor of Clinical and Mental Health Counseling at Agness Scott College. Her background includes directing graduate-level research programs, supervising field-based learning, and conducting applied research in areas such as behavioral health, public safety, and family systems. She is particularly skilled in qualitative methods, mixed-methods analysis, and translating stakeholder feedback into clear, actionable insights. As a partner, Kristi provides a blend of research rigor, systems thinking, facilitation capability, and strategic insight that ensures projects are completed thoroughly and accurately. Kristi holds a PhD in Counselor Education from the College of William and Mary.

Dr. Addie Martindale

Addie is a seasoned facilitator, curriculum designer, and educator with over 15 years of experience teaching, presenting, and leading participatory workshops. She has taught thousands of students and professionals, demonstrating a deep understanding of translating complex ideas into accessible, actionable discussions. Addie fosters safe, productive spaces where stakeholders feel heard and invested. She specializes in working with community-based organizations, educational institutions, and public sector partners to strengthen communication, surface insights, and build consensus. Her facilitation style is warm, focused, and outcome-driven. Beyond her educational background, Addie brings many years of retail and merchandising planning experience, offering a unique perspective on consumer behavior and operational efficiency. Addie holds a PhD in Human Sciences from Iowa State University.
